Chess Arbiter
Privacy Policy
Chess Arbiter is a chess clock, scoresheet and arbiter app for over-the-board chess, developed by Uğur Aydın. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
No data collection
Chess Arbiter does not collect, store on servers or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking or crash reporting, and it does not make network requests of its own.
Data stored on your device
Games, player names, tournament details, solved puzzles and settings are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us. You can delete individual games in the app (My games → open a game → Delete game); deleting the app removes its data from the device. Copies may remain in your iCloud or computer backups until those backups are deleted.
Microphone and speech recognition
The microphone is used only while you dictate a move and only after you grant permission. Your speech is turned into text on the device or, if the device cannot recognise the language, by Apple's speech recognition service under Apple's privacy policy. The app does not record, store or send the audio or the text. You can turn the permission off at any time in the device settings; moves can still be entered on the board.
Motion sensor
On the clock screen the app reads the phone's motion sensor only to notice when the phone is turned around on the table, so that each clock stays with its player. The readings are used on the spot and are never stored or sent. No permission prompt is shown for this.
Sharing games
If you choose to export or share a game (PGN) or an arbiter report, it is sent through the system share sheet only to the app or person you pick. Nothing is shared automatically.
If you write to us from the app, the email opens pre-filled with the app version, device type and iOS version; you can remove them before sending. We use emails only to reply.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact

Veri toplanmaz
Chess Arbiter hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamaz, sunucuda saklamaz ya da paylaşmaz. Uygulamada hesap, analiz, reklam, izleme ya da hata raporlama yoktur; uygulama kendi adına ağ isteği yapmaz.
Cihazınızda saklananlar
Oyunlar, oyuncu adları, turnuva bilgileri, çözülen bulmacalar ve ayarlar yalnız cihazınızda saklanır, bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Oyunları uygulamada tek tek silebilirsiniz (Oyunlarım → oyunu aç → Oyunu sil); uygulamayı silmek verilerini cihazdan kaldırır. iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeklerinizde bulunan kopyalar, o yedekler silinene kadar kalabilir.
Mikrofon ve ses tanıma
Mikrofon yalnız hamleyi sesle girerken ve yalnız izin verdikten sonra kullanılır. Konuşmanız cihazda, cihaz o dili tanıyamıyorsa Apple'ın gizlilik politikası kapsamında Apple'ın ses tanıma hizmetinde yazıya çevrilir. Uygulama sesi ya da metni kaydetmez, saklamaz, göndermez. İzni cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz; hamleler tahtadan girilmeye devam eder.
Hareket sensörü
Uygulama oyun ekranında hareket sensörünü yalnız telefonun masada çevrildiğini anlamak için okur; böylece her saat kendi oyuncusunda kalır. Ölçümler o anda kullanılır, hiçbir zaman saklanmaz ya da gönderilmez. Bunun için izin sorulmaz.
Oyun paylaşma
Bir oyunu (PGN) ya da hakem raporunu dışa aktarmayı ya da paylaşmayı seçerseniz, yalnız sistem paylaşım ekranında seçtiğiniz uygulamaya ya da kişiye gönderilir. Hiçbir şey kendiliğinden paylaşılmaz.
Uygulamadan bize e-posta yazarsanız e-posta uygulama sürümü, cihaz türü ve iOS sürümüyle hazır açılır; göndermeden silebilirsiniz. E-postaları yalnız yanıt vermek için kullanırız.
Çocuklar
Uygulama, çocuklar dahil kimseden veri toplamaz.
Değişiklikler ve iletişim
